1. Q: What Is Your Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ)?

A: We are a manufacturer and generally do wholesales. However, trial orders are also acceptable and welcome!

2. Q: How Can I Pay For My Order?

A: (1) Transfer(T/T): We accept 50% T/T deposit before production and 50% T/T balance before shipment. 100% payment before production for sample orders.

(2) Western Union(W/U): We accept 100% payment via the Western Union.

3. Q: What is your warranty condition and how is your warranty claim procedure?

A.Warranty period is 12 months from delivery date or installation date. Warranty applies to machine system and parts, excluded wear and tear items such as light bulbs gaskets, wire shelves, etc.

B.Warranty does not cover any consequential damages, down time or other expenses directly or indirectly resulting from break down.

C.Warranty does not include units that are subjected to misuse, neglect, abuse, improper maintenance,improper installation, unauthorized alteration, damages during transportation, power surges, poor supply voltage, chemical damages, water damage, flood or other risks.

D.Topsen offers lifetime technical support and spare parts supply for our products. Within the warranty period, no cost necessary for spare parts if approved by us. After the expiration of the warranty, Topsen will also supply the spare parts with reasonable price.

4. Q: How About The Delivery Time

A:(1)Some of the products are in stock at our warehouse is European plug, generally we need 1~3 days to change the plugs and package them before the delivery.

(2) Regarding to the non-stock products, the lead time is 15-30 days depends on your requirements and quantity.
