PT100 Temperature Sensor

In the manufacturing process of platinum thermal resistance, a certain industry standard has been formed. At 0℃, the output resistance of platinum resistance is 100Ω, which we call PT100 temperature sensor . In the same way, 0℃ output is a platinum resistance of 1000Ω, which is called PT1000 temperature sensor, and other PTXXX platinum resistances are divided according to this rule. The most commonly used platinum resistors are PT100 and PT1000.

There are two kinds of PT100 Sensor, one is the probe type, the other one is the assembly type with aluminum housing. Usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recording instruments, and electronic computers. Directly measure the surface temperature of liquid, steam and gas medium and solid surface in the range of -200～500℃ in various production processes.
